Services
Coaching Sessions
I offer both life and relationship coaching. The coaching is delivered in 30-45 minute sessions 2-3 times per month. Typically, my coaching is delivered over the phone. In-person coaching may be arranged for those who are located near my office in Connecticut. Group coaching is also available for those who are interested.
Services are available on either a per session basis or in discounted packages. I strongly encourage an initial 3-month commitment to ensure significant results. At the end of that period, we will evaluate your progress and reassess your goals. You will then decide how you would like to proceed.
Ultimately, we will work together to establish an agreement that meets your unique needs. Please contact me if you would like more information or to schedule a 45-minute complimentary coaching session. The only way to determine if coaching is right for you is to experience it first hand!

Coffee & Coaching
I believe deeply in the power and healing abilities of coaching. I also love the energy when a group of friends get together to have real conversations about everyday challenges. One day I was inspired to combine these two passions and created Coffee & Coaching.

Teleclasses
A Teleclass is a live, interactive workshop held over the phone like a conference call. It's an incredibly convenient way to access learning opportunities. In addition, it gives you a chance to connect with equally curious and motivated people from all over the world.
Once you register for a Teleclass, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Teleclass. It will include a telephone phone number and access code. You will call in at the scheduled date/time and be connected to a group of Teleclass participants. You can call from anywhere you have phone access. It couldn't be any easier!
