My Bio
Kathie Nitz is a professionally trained Life & Relationship Coach who received her training through The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. She completed both their Core and Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) curriculums. Since then, the creators of the ORSC training have formed their own entity called The Center for Right Relationship, where they continue to offer their unique and powerful ORSC training.
She runs her own private coaching practice, Strive to Thrive. Along with providing individual, couples and family coaching, she delivers group coaching to corporations, small businesses and non-profit organizations. As a caregiver to her mom, she is also passionate about providing support for fellow caregivers. She understands firsthand the challenges caregivers face while navigating this new territory. What she's personally discovered is that the emotional charge within this situation can be minimized. After working with Kathie, caregivers walk away with clarity and a peacefulness that supports them as they continue the journey in their caregiver role.
She is currently a member and President of the International Coach Federation – CT Chapter. In addition, she is a member and serves on the Board of the Southbury Business Association. She is also a charter member of The New England Holistic Chamber of Commerce.
Kathie most recently became a certified Too Young To Retire facilitator and is extremely excited about this new venture. Through facilitating the Too Young to Retire program, Kathie supports Boomers & Beyond in pro-actively creating a meaningful and fulfilling strategy that keeps them engaged and relevant for the duration of their lives.
